Job Description

A respected construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and deliver with minimal supervision within a fast-paced construction environment. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in supporting senior leadership while driving project delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage client relationships
  • Oversee design and delivery teams
  • Programme and cost management
  • Leading meetings
  • Contract administration (JCT)
  • Overseeing construction activities on site
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Support wider business objectives

Requirements

  • Prior construction consultancy experience
  • Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects independently within the construction sector
  • Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving projects forward

Chartership (MRICS, MAPM or similar)
