A well-established construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile schemes across multiple sectors, working with prestigious clients in a fast-paced environment. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, making this an ideal position for a Senior Project Manager who is confident in both delivery and client-facing responsibilities. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy known for delivering excellence across complex developments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes in terms of cost, programme, and quality
Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration throughout
Oversee project controls, risk management, and reporting, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with client expectations
Mentor junior team members, contributing to their development while maintaining high delivery standards
Involved in both pre- and post-contract duties, utilising strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement strategies

Requirements:

Prior construction consultancy experience
Degree in a construction-related discipline
Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects within a consultancy environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commercially aware, proactive, confident in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience in leading teams and delivering high-value projects
