Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of project controls structures for leading clients in the aerospace industry
  • Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex development and industrial projects
  • Track project progress and provide reporting based on defined KPIs
  • Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
  • Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
  • Support project management across multiple functions and management levels
  • Foster a project-oriented company culture by introducing appropriate tools, templates, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech environment
  • Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera or Microsoft-Project is required
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
  • Strong planning or cost control experience
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment
