Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled hands-on Senior Project Management Consultant to manage the day-to-day execution of complex, cross-functional projects within our organization. This role involves hands-on project management of medium and large-scale initiatives, such as new capital developments and site openings, requiring close coordination across various departments, including operations, finance, technology, and marketing. The successful candidate will focus on establishing and managing project plans, coordinating tasks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, this role will be pivotal in championing project management discipline across the organization, driving the adoption of best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role will report directly to both the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of complex, cross-functional projects
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables across teams
  • Establish and implement a robust project management framework
  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder management framework
  • Define project milestones, create a detailed work break down structure, and identify dependencies
  • Monitor progress against defined milestones
  • Lead project status meetings
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to executive leadership
  • Serve as a hands-on mentor to project teams and department leaders
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops
  • Develop and implement a practical and adaptable project management framework
  • Actively promote a culture of project management excellence
  • Lead the implementation and rollout of Wrike
  • Train staff on Wrike’s features and functionalities
  • Monitor Wrike adoption across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in project/program management
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Expertise in project/program management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think critically about the goals, deliverables, and plans for projects
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Word, Monday, Wrike

Nice to have:

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
  • Prior experience building and operating a Project Management Office or Enterprise Project Management office
  • Experience managing healthcare or construction projects
