Job Responsibility:
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between consultants, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely project delivery and risk escalation
Regulatory Approvals: Manage submissions to authorities, track permit status, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Project Controls: Monitor progress against schedule, budget, and scope. Prepare reports and presentations for Management review
Commercial Support: Assist with tender exercises, vendor evaluations, contract administration, and budget monitoring
Strategic Planning: Support the Senior Manager in developing project concepts, financial feasibility studies, and proposal papers
Compliance & SOPs: Adhere to all company SOPs, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Anti-Bribery policies
Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete additional assignments as required by the Company
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 4 years in property development, working with a developer
Have experience in design development, construction monitoring, and cross-functional coordination
Proficient in scheduling, reporting, and basic development finance
Stakeholder Management: Professional liaison with consultants (Architects, C&S, M&E, QS) and authorities (OSC, Planning, BP)
Experience in financial modeling or feasibility studies
