The Person The Senior Project Executive holds ultimate accountability for project success, safety, and client satisfaction. Operational Oversight: Direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain elite standards for safety and quality. Financial Accountability: Verify project financial forecasts, notice provisions, and billings; manage subcontracting strategies and the integrity of the buyout process. Contract & Risk Management: Lead the negotiation of all contract aspects, implement risk mitigation plans, and oversee the development of GMP or lump-sum submissions. Project Execution: Supervise schedule planning and execution across multiple projects, ensuring all contract requirements and closeout plans are met. Strategic Growth: Partner with Business Development to optimize profit levers, lead networking strategies, and strengthen industry relationships to remain the "Builder of Choice." Experience: 12–18 years of experience leading large-scale projects valued at $100M+ within specialized markets such as healthcare, life sciences, higher education, or corporate commercial.
