Manage engineering-related projects and activities related to major milestones for existing and/or new platforms
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure for the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
Lead and coordinate Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews
