Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Designer/Director to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement. Interested applicants must have a top- tier design aesthetic and the ability to effectively mentor and guide project teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement
  • Effectively mentor and guide project teams
  • Timely maintain project milestones and deliverables throughout the life of the project
  • Lead projects in multiple phases of development
  • Work from Concept through Construction Administration
  • Skillfully work alongside internal and external collaborators

  • Establish critical path milestones and deliverable schedules

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam
  • Licensed Architect preferred
