Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Project Coordinator looking for a high-stakes role with a global market leader? We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead the installation of safety equipment for the UK’s most significant logistics hubs and manufacturing plants. From massive e-commerce fulfillment centers to global courier sites, you will be the driving force ensuring these high-spec environments are safe, compliant, and operational. This is a role designed for someone who dislikes being chained to a desk. You will enjoy the flexibility of Working From Home, along with some collaborative time within the Sittingbourne office, and the hands-on nature of site visits across the UK.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing sales handovers to confirm project viability, financial margins, and technical specifications
  • Leading pre-project meetings with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation schedules
  • Compiling task-specific RAMS and ensuring every project adheres to Health & Safety regulations
  • Ordering high-spec equipment and managing plant/hire requirements, while tracking team utilisation and vendor accreditations
  • Proactively managing project risks & overseeing snagging issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in an industrial/commercial engineering environment
  • 2+ years specifically in Project Coordination or Management
  • A thorough understanding of H&S regulations
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to the Sittingbourne office

Nice to have:

IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are highly desirable
