Reporting to a dedicated Sr. Project Manager you will be vital in project execution, ensuring multiple projects are delivered efficiently and on time. This is a hands-on role where you will apply your coordination and communication expertise across a variety of initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely project delivery
Manage project documentation, including action logs, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships and managing effective communication flows
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating complex problems where necessary
Schedule and organise project-related meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed
Proven background in a highly regulated or multi-stakeholder environment such as Government, Enterprise, Banking, Insurance, or similar large corporate sectors
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
