You will independently track commitments and ensure workstreams remain on track through disciplined follow-up. Operating in a politically sensitive context, you will engage with senior leadership and ensure governance outcomes progress successfully.
Job Responsibility:
Independently track actions, decisions, and commitments across the programme to maintain momentum
Proactively follow up with owners to confirm delivery timelines without management prompting
Manage end-to-end Steering Group logistics including agendas, papers, minutes, and action records
Maintain oversight of RAID logs, schedules, dependencies, and all reporting artefacts
Anticipate emerging issues and provide early, structured updates for timely escalation
Support financial health through budget tracking, forecasting, and alignment with finance teams
