Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
Prior experience with healthcare facility design
B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes
Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit.
Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally

Job Responsibility

Ability to manage a team of 3-10 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities
Comfortable leading or assisting on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interfacing with clients, and leading meetings during the construction administration phase of a project

Job Responsibility

Develop projects from inception, including design and presentation materials
Lead and manage the design and execution of complex architectural projects including commercial, municipal, and industrial buildings
Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and documentation using advanced design tools and software such as AutoCAD and Revit
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements, develop design solutions, and ensure project objectives are met
Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

Professional Architecture Degree from an accredited program
Licensure as a registered architect
10+ years of experience in all phases of design, project management, and construction observation
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3D Modeling Software, Microsoft Suite
Strong technical competence and proven experience in schematic design through construction administration
Demonstrated understanding of code implementation, jurisdiction review, and construction practices and methodologies
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams
Experience with complex, large-scale projects and an ability to estimate scope, prepare proposals, and manage contracts for high-level assignments
