Senior Project and Finance Associate

• Analyze and input data into our systems, update reports, and track project timelines, budgets, and timesheets
• Manage resource forecasting and enter relevant data into project management tools
• Collect, organize, and present essential project data and audit control information
• Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved within set deadlines
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within our system
• Support the PMO team by preparing and delivering customer reports

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, graphs)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data
• Previous experience in a similar role, supporting project managers
• Knowledge or experience in the IT industry and familiarity with the European IT market
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Fluent in business English

Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
