We are supporting a large pension provider who is currently delivering large-scale, high-impact services to millions of customers across the UK. With a growing market presence, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation, investing in new digital propositions and long-term strategic programmes. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi-year digital transformation programme, focused on developing and delivering new retirement products. The Role: This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing the planning, mobilisation and delivery of a large, multi-workstream programme. You will operate at a senior level, working closely with executive stakeholders, sponsors, and third-party partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year digital programme
  • Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals
  • Manage senior stakeholders across business, technology, and external partners
  • Drive programme governance, reporting, risk, and issue management
