Job Description:

As a Senior Program Officer, you will operate with limited direction to lead a team of Case Managers within the client. You are the bridge between complex legislation and real-world program administration, ensuring your team delivers accurate, evidence-based results while maintaining high-level stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Case Managers
