In the GTM Product Launch team, you will collaborate with various departments and teams to facilitate large-scale product launches at Atlassian. These initiatives encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including pricing adjustments, packaging modifications, new product introductions, and mergers and acquisitions. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of Atlassian and delivering substantial value to the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Sales, GTM, & Product teams to drive the commercial success of our top-priority products & programs
Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills, and an ability to self-direct
Help our Sales leaders & Stakeholders to see the 'bigger picture' and highlight x-org dependencies
Drive alignment across our Sales, GTM & Product organizations through clear communication and change management practices
Ensure stakeholders are properly engaged at the right stages in the project lifecycle
Orchestrate alignment between Enterprise GTM and Product teams to deliver the greatest value for customers
Develop and maintain program plan
Manage cross-functional and cross-geo collaboration
Define program rituals
Collaborate with other program managers to implement new or refine existing processes and framework
Build strong cross-functional partnerships
Manage and navigate tradeoffs and risks for the execution of new product launches
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles, preferably at a senior level within a global organization
Core strengths around written and verbal communication, infectious positive energy, resilience and high adaptability, and a sense of urgency with strategy and a clear vision
Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders on content, communications, and decision-making
Expertise in establishing operational cadences and processes, with the ability to drive continuous improvement
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception through execution

Strong leadership presence and ability to manage and influence senior executives
Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective, scalable solutions
