Job Description:

Senior Program Manager role at Citi, a strategic professional position responsible for supporting front to back reconciliation, identifying operational risk, and serving as a strategic partner with other businesses. The role involves managing complex issues associated with pre-settlement processes and transaction capture activities with significant potential impact across multiple areas.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the management of front to back reconciliation, identifying operational risk, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts
Serving as a strategic partner with other businesses
Supporting a wide range of internal clients and external corporate clients
Accountable for management of a complex/critical/large professional disciplinary area
Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources
Managing complex and highly variable issues associated with pre-settlement processes
Leading change-the-bank projects, resolving escalated issues
Providing in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking
Implementing and managing a successful risk/control environment
Managing compliance efforts and following regulatory policies and procedures

Requirements:

Extensive and demonstrable experience
Subject matter experts in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products
People Managers are expected to demonstrate exceptional management skills
Advanced interpersonal resolution
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
