Job Description:

As a social enterprise, Goodwall works through public-private partnerships to unlock the potential of underserved and underprivileged youth globally. As Senior Program Manager your role will be to seamlessly manage multiple Programs end-to-end to ensure they are delivered on time, to brief and within budget. The primary focus is on delivering best-in-class, high performing Programs that take output to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

Develop strong internal relationships, in a collaborative and cross-functional manner, with a focus on Partnerships and Product teams
Develop strong external relationships with Partners, understanding Goodwall’s value proposition and offering, whilst aligning them with user needs to continually grow the business and member base
Understand Partners’ priorities, needs and contributions and be able to translate them into work plans, priority listings and clear messaging when briefing
Lead, organize and coordinate Partner meetings and consultations
Lead and deliver best-in-class, high performing Programs that take output to the next level
Support the Partnerships team in the development and proposal stage of new partnerships
Contribute to the strategic design and evolution of programs by surfacing user insights, identifying partner opportunities, and supporting the iteration of program frameworks and impact models
Track Program performance and support in troubleshooting. Work closely with Data and Product to track KPIs, analyse trends, and translate program insights into actionable decisions and partner reports
Briefing and managing external Suppliers/in-market Partners/Resource as required
Demonstrate organisational excellence and a keen eye for detail at every level
Constantly thinking about and putting forward suggestions and proposals on how Program delivery can be enhanced as the company looks to scale over time
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices - look to optimise or integrate them into the teams way of working or approach to Programs as necessary

Requirements:

10+ years of professional work experience in Programs Management either at a tech start-up, product company or in the development sector
In-depth knowledge of how to run a Program end-to-end in the form of best practice processes, planning and workflow management
Proficient in Notion, Slack and Google Workspaces
Entrepreneurial problem-solver with a data-driven growth mindset
A successful track record of owning workstreams and coordinating broad business efforts
Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
A strong communicator who enjoys working with colleagues and cross-functional teams from diverse international backgrounds and work experiences
Comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment which allows you to adapt and deliver results under pressure
Enjoys the multi-faceted dimensions of this role from Program design, creative ideation, technical aspects, to processes, to internal partnership development
Proactive and output driven, focusing on immediate results while contributing to the long term strategy of the team
