Job Description:

The Senior Program Manager - HR Business Partner role will play a critical role in supporting the strategic HR Business Partners across multiple client groups. This role is specifically to support the organisation’s People Priorities, driving a combination of OKR aligned projects and people projects designed to support specific functions.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and implementing comprehensive programs to enhance the effectiveness of HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
Providing training, tools, and resources to equip HRBPs with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional HR services
Streamlining HRBP processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Analyzing HRBP data to identify trends, measure program success, and inform decision-making
Building strong relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives

Requirements:

Proven track record in HR program management
strong business acumen
deep understanding of HRBP functions
passion for driving business success through effective HR practices
