This role involves managing operations and logistics for learning programs, facilitating training sessions, updating content, tracking metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in People Development efforts.
Job Responsibility:
coordinate and execute logistics for learning programs
manage attendance and troubleshoot tech during training sessions
design, update, and manage learning content
deliver live (virtual and in-person) training sessions
track attendance, completion, and engagement metrics
work closely with People Business Partners and external vendors
identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend new tools
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Coordination, HR, or a related field
experience facilitating training sessions or group learning (virtual and/or in-person)
strong organizational and project management skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and teams
high integrity, empathy, and ability to handle confidential information with care
proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow
