Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is a hybrid role. Rate: $ 692.4 - $725.61

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide
  • Ensure accountability for the program’s centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery
  • Ensure programs are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks

Requirements:

  • Project, program and portfolio management, business transformation and process improvement experience on large, complex enterprise systems and products (including COTS, and cloud-based solutions, etc.), experience with multi-ministry governance
  • Ability to create and maintain a product road map and product backlogs, provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of large scale IT projects
  • Ability to create and closely manage detailed integrated project plans and have demonstrated experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
