Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (Technical) to join the CTO Strategic Initiatives team. As a key member of this dynamic group, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic programs in support of building a world class engineering organization.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and scale a comprehensive program for our Global Engineering Interns and Early Career Talent
Provide regular updates and data reports, including progress against goals to stakeholders and executive audience
Define goals and data metrics to measure the effectiveness of and improve upon the program
Create stable, scalable, and sustainable programming across the Engineering job family and beyond

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across program management (background as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager is preferred)
Background in data analytics and insights, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience)
Demonstrated experience and success leading high-impact, cross-functional programs
Expertise partnering with leaders and stakeholders on strategy while leading roadmap creation, prioritization processes, and change management communication
