Our client, is seeking an elite, senior-level Project/Program Manager (PM IV) to lead high-visibility, business-owned technology initiatives. This is a true consultant-profile role requiring a hands-on, proactive delivery expert capable of managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar development and systems integration projects from inception to closeout. Operating within a mature Enterprise PMO (EPMO) that blends IT delivery with strategic business operations, the successful candidate will manage projects that cross multiple business units and touch every part of the organization. This position requires an adaptable leader who can manage demanding executive stakeholders, navigate complex corporate environments, and ensure project success under tight governance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of definitive Project Management experience, successfully delivering large, national-scale enterprise projects with budgets exceeding $1M+
  • Active, verified PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strictly required
  • Proven experience within a major Retail or E-commerce environment (experience within Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Omnichannel systems is highly valued)
  • A strong blend of technical PM capabilities (rigorous PMBOK compliance, dependency mapping, hands-on plan management) and business acumen (expectation management, customer-centric delivery)
  • Demonstrated history of managing large delivery teams through complex software development and application integration lifecycles
