Job Description

Resmed’s Global Marketing team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Global Marketing to join our Global Marketing Operations organization. In this role, you will serve as the operational connector for the APAC region, translating strategy into execution and ensuring seamless coordination between regional marketing teams and global partners. You will oversee how marketing programs are planned, resourced, and delivered across APAC. From budget governance and capacity planning to process improvement and campaign orchestration, you’ll ensure that our regional marketing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, portfolio management, or program delivery, ideally spanning both Agile and Waterfall approaches
  • Experience managing marketing portfolios or large, multi-market programs
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, clarity, and accountability
  • Hands-on expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Financial and data fluency: able to build capacity models, analyze trade-offs, and connect insights to strategic recommendations
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaign planning across diverse audiences
  • A track record of building operational playbooks, running retrospectives, and scaling best practices
