The Tualatin Campus Construction Coordinator is part of Lam Research’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization. GWS is dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and innovative workplace and infrastructure solutions that enable Lam’s manufacturing and operational needs. This includes leading campus construction, site logistics, real estate strategy, utility planning, and space planning across all Lam locations. As part of this team, you will help ensure that construction activities across the Tualatin campus are executed seamlessly, safely, and with minimal impact to ongoing operations—supporting Lam’s ability to grow, innovate, and deliver for its customers.
Job Responsibility:
Lead campus‑wide coordination of all construction activities to prevent conflicts, ensure safe execution, and maintain alignment across multiple general contractors and Lam stakeholders
Develop and manage comprehensive site logistics plans—including access, staging, traffic routing, crane operations, and delivery sequencing—to support efficient execution and minimize operational impacts
Coordinate all critical activities such as utility shutdowns, road closures, equipment tie‑ins, and cross‑project interactions to reduce risk and maintain continuity of operations
Provide timely, clear communication through construction notices, shutdown alerts, field updates, and stakeholder briefings to maintain campus‑wide awareness and alignment
Monitor field conditions daily, identify risks early, resolve cross‑project conflicts, and ensure construction activities adhere to established logistics and safety coordination requirements
Partner with General Contractors, EHS, Facilities, Operations, and internal customers to continuously improve planning, field execution, communication practices, and overall site coordination processes
Support change management by documenting impacts, tracking critical activities, and ensuring proper closure of coordination issues across all projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Master’s degree in engineering, operations, law, business or supply chain
15+ years of related experience in semiconductor cleanroom facilities construction project management or program management
8+ years of related experience in project management or program management
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
Nice to have:
Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP
