Job Description:

To drive the implementation of energy programs across all Vantage Towers markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/in-budget execution and outcome delivery
  • Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metrics
  • Project team leadership, including coordinating, leading, and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile setup
  • Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management, including power supply connections and energy billing management
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects
  • Create, communicate, and manage budgets for projects
  • Develop and share best practice insights with the local TowerCos for energy programs

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
  • At least 7 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or the infrastructure sector
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level)
  • Extensive experience in program management and implementation of energy projects
  • Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, risk management, and a can-do approach
