The Merchant Strategy Manager plays a core role in shaping Company’s merchant-side strategy
This role is responsible for developing analytical frameworks, measurement methodologies, and algorithms that define how the business evaluates merchant selection, coverage, pricing, and expansion
Working closely with Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales, this role focuses on turning large, complex datasets into repeatable insights, metrics, and decision tools that directly support business growth
The scope is highly strategic, with ownership over initiatives that influence both what the business prioritizes and how success is measured
Requirements:
Experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, bizops, or data-driven roles
Strong analytical skillset
able to work independently with large datasets (SQL proficiency required)
Experience designing KPIs, metrics, or measurement frameworks for complex business problems
Ability to structure ambiguous questions and build practical, scalable solutions
Strong communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
