Senior Program Development Manager

For the past forty-five plus years, we have supported Department of Defense customers by developing innovative remote sensing algorithms, tools, and techniques to deliver world-class data exploitation capabilities supporting missile defense; intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance; space domain awareness; and aircraft survivability missions. SciTec has an immediate opportunity for a talented business development professional with technical product background and a track record of business growth to serve as a Senior Program Development Manager (PDM) and work to develop business and program in line with our strategic growth initiatives. This on-site (in-office) position is based in our Herndon, VA office. The PDM reports to the Executive Director of Program Development and is responsible for identifying, tracking, developing, and capturing new business opportunities within assigned Strategic Campaigns. The PDM leads or actively contributes to proposals. The PDM must be able to perform as an individual contributor and lead or serve on teams within a tight schedule environment.
