The Senior Program Delivery Lead operates at an enterprise level to guide programs from definition through execution and closure. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals, establish governance structures, and deliver measurable business value. The individual will champion consistent delivery standards, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure programs are executed efficiently while maintaining compliance and quality.
Job Responsibility:
Define program objectives in alignment with enterprise strategy and governance
Partner with stakeholders to develop program charters, business cases, and roadmaps with clear success metrics
Establish and maintain governance structures, including roles, decision-making protocols, and standardized processes
Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communication across all levels
Oversee program execution, including progress tracking, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change control
Accelerate value delivery by focusing on minimum viable functionality and leveraging agile and program management best practices
Manage program financials in partnership with Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and defined outcomes
Lead resource planning and allocation across the program lifecycle
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain forward momentum
Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and privacy standards
Oversee program closure, including transition to operational teams and documentation of lessons learned
Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and performance insights
Serve as an objective, data-driven voice to challenge assumptions and highlight risks or opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale programs, transformations, or complex initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead programs across full lifecycle delivery, including process improvement, system implementation, and integration efforts
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with senior executives and stakeholders
Experience operating within highly matrixed organizations and navigating complex dynamics
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks (e.g., agile, hybrid models)
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and value realization
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage ambiguity, drive accountability, and deliver measurable results with minimal direction
Leadership capabilities including coaching, mentoring, and fostering team development
