Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US). The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for working closely with existing team members and will be a motivated self-starter work can work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to interface with the team, program leadership and the customer.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review acquisition documentation
  • Prepare and review financial documentation
  • Review and coordinate contracting documentation and actions
  • Prepare and present senior level briefings experience (POM brief, budgets)
  • Provide action item tracking, meeting coordination, facilitation and attendance
  • Assist in the development and reviews of Engineering Technical Work Packages
  • Provide individual and organizational capability in Engineering to the customer as a service
  • Maintain a digital archive of engineering documentation
  • Proficient with MS Office products i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client facing Customer Service position
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in U.S Navy Programs or operations
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance

Nice to have

  • High level acquisition, contracting and briefing experience (e.g. POM brief, budgets)
  • Advanced Degree in a business or technical field
