Develop your career in Drafting with Mirrastone, Victoria's Largest residential builder and Proudly 100% Australian-owned. We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Production Draftsperson specialising in the Knock Down Rebuild (KDRB) space. This role will focus on our Sherridon Homes brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • KDRB Production Draftsperson
  • Review and check drawings while updating checklist
  • Amendments/Alterations as needed
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ of local experience with a volume residential builder in KDRB (essential)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Software
  • Current knowledge of all VIC building regulations & Australian standards
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Knowledge of NCC, Victorian Rescode (Building Regulations) a MUST!
  • Understanding when report and consent applicable and possible solutions to avoid
  • Understanding typical site conditions impacting the design including reading aborist reports etc.
