Senior Production Control & Materials Manager

• Manages and integrates employee and mid-level manager activities across more than one area in production control and materials management
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of functional approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
• Ensures that overall budgets, schedules and performance standards are set and attained

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 5 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
• More than 5 years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
