  • Coordinate with product and enablement teams to ensure timely delivery of release notes and product updates
  • Contribute to both short- and long-term documentation roadmaps aligned with product priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience writing product documentation or technical content in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality product documentation, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating closely with R&D teams to support high-quality product launches
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, proactively identifying problems, and driving solutions
  • Exceptional editorial skills, with a proven ability to maintain a high-quality bar, enforce style guides, and ensure content consistency across the entire documentation portfolio
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying documentation improvements, taking full ownership of the end-to-end documentation lifecycle, and championing the needs of the customer
