Senior Product UX/UI Designer

• Lead end-to-end design processes for new and existing products, from discovery and research through prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success) to define product requirements and translate them into elegant, user-centered solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate design intent and interaction
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and a consistent design system across all products
• Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Socure’s products remain innovative and competitive

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related discipline, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact design initiatives that influenced company strategy
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers and product managers
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-paced environment

Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a plus
