Deliver live product training classes for customers and partners, helping them build the practical knowledge and technical confidence required to successfully adopt, operate, and scale the LogicMonitor platform
Teach foundational and advanced LogicMonitor concepts to customers, partners, and internal audiences through live in-person and virtual training, including hands-on lab experiences
Contribute to course content, hands-on labs, partner enablement assets, certification readiness, and continuous improvement of the overall learning experience
Deliver live product training classes for customers, partners, and employees through instructor-led, virtual, recorded, private, and public sessions
Facilitate hands-on labs, workshops, and scenario-based learning across foundational, intermediate, and advanced LogicMonitor topics
Explain monitoring, observability, AIOps, cloud, integrations, troubleshooting, configuration, alerting, dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows to diverse technical audiences
Facilitate inclusive, engaging learning experiences that adapt to administrators, engineers, consultants, architects, and other technical stakeholders
Manage training operations, including session setup, learner management, lab readiness, attendance, feedback, and post-session follow-up
Use learner feedback, engagement signals, assessments, and outcomes to improve facilitation quality and course effectiveness
Enable partner delivery teams to implement LogicMonitor according to platform best practices and standards
Facilitate partner workshops and labs covering implementation methods, configuration standards, customization, deployment patterns, optimization, and service delivery readiness
Mentor partner delivery teams across onboarding, implementation, automation, and ongoing platform operations
Support partner certification, competency assessments, renewals, audits, and readiness tracking
Design and maintain training materials, including presentations, instructor guides, learner guides, hands-on labs, videos, assessments, simulations, demos, and job aids
Design and maintain technical labs, demos, and code samples leveraging APIs, SDKs, scripting, integrations, and automation frameworks
Develop scripts, integrations, and sample applications using languages such as Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar technologies to demonstrate real-world use cases
Contribute to reusable technical enablement assets beyond formal training, such as implementation playbooks, developer enablement resources, GitHub repositories, partner guides, and technical reference materials
Use AI tools to accelerate and improve content development, training delivery, lab design, program management, and operational efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience in technical training, product training, professional services, or a related role in SaaS, IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology
Proven experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, workshop-based, and lab-based technical training for customer, partner, and internal audiences
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, observability, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise operations
Working knowledge of APIs, automation, integrations, and software development concepts in SaaS or enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with scripting, automation, or integration technologies such as Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively across global time zones and support training needs for customers, partners, and internal teams
Ability to travel 25 to 50% for customer training, partner workshops, and internal events.
Nice to have
Familiarity with LogicMonitor or comparable monitoring, observability, or AIOps platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.
Working knowledge of LMS platforms such as Skilljar, Thought Industries, Intellum, etc.
Hands-on use of virtual lab platforms such as CloudShare, Instruqt, or similar
Background enabling GSI partners, professional services partners, managed services providers, or implementation partners
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus DevOps tools and workflows
Instructional design experience, certification, or formal background in adult learning methodologies
Experience developing technical training content, including labs, eLearning, videos, assessments, certification materials, and instructor-led courseware
Experience using AI tools to improve content development, technical enablement, training operations, or learner engagement.
