The Senior Product Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for supports all relevant call points across Bioprocess where filtration products are sold. Provide support to Account Managers with expert product knowledge, training, and support, whilst working to generate sales from new and existing customers. This role should be able to evaluate a customer's process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to obtain additional sales and identify new opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Primarily focus on Filtration sales within their region and supports all Filtration products that are sold both by providing the Account Manager in sales process with product expertise as well as independently identifying opportunities
Provide high level technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, Filterability studies, Scale up/scale down testing, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post-sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes, and promotional events
Lead technical and process related discussions with customer Subject Matter Experts and give applicative support including trouble shooting and answer customer queries of sophisticated technical and applicative nature
Develop the sales of modality solutions in the assigned sales region/territory, establishing long lasting technical customer relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum, major in life sciences or relevant field
Working experience more than 3 years, better to have Filtration experience
