Job Responsibility
Own, create, and deepen relationships with strategic partners, working closely with their product and business teams to shape valuable joint solutions
Collaborate with partners to define joint use cases and translate them into clear requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams
Guide the planning and rollout of integrations and joint offerings, ensuring alignment with company priorities and ease of customer adoption
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track the adoption and impact of joint solutions, uncovering new opportunities to strengthen the partnership
Define and track partnership KPIs, measuring performance against established goals to ensure results
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, product management, or a similar role in a tech/SaaS B2B environment
Proven track record of sourcing, building, and scaling strategic product or platform partnerships
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives
Strong ownership and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex processes across teams
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking partnership KPIs and building business cases
