Job Description

The Senior, Product Ownership & Business Analysis leads product development activities for manufacturing and related supply chain processes in Jeeves ERP. The role translates the product roadmap into clear, actionable requirements and works independently on complex assignments. It ensures that product vision, priorities, and customer needs—particularly within Swedish manufacturing—are well understood and accurately delivered. The Senior collaborates with stakeholders, guides development teams, improves processes, and may coach less experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate roadmap items into a clear product vision and a prioritized backlog for manufacturing and SCM related processes (production planning, MRP/MPS, BOM/routings, procurement, supplier management, demand planning, etc.)
  • Lead requirement definition and ensure business needs are translated into actionable application requirements
  • Work with stakeholders and customers to collect input and validate process needs within manufacturing environments
  • Provide clarification and direction to delivery teams and ensure releases align with expectations
  • Review and prepare documentation for requirements, scope, and release content
  • Influence operational practices and identify improvements to processes, tooling, and product features
  • Support decisions throughout development and coach less experienced colleagues
  • Delivery and quality for the POs part(s) of the product

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product ownership or business analysis within ERP domain, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes (production planning, MRP/MPS, shop‑floor execution, BOM/routing, material availability)
  • Complementary experience in SCM areas supporting manufacturing (procurement, supplier management, demand planning, inbound/outbound coordination, supply planning)
  • Well-developed knowledge of agile delivery, requirement gathering, and business process analysis
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex assignments independently
  • Strong communication skills with delivery teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Education and experience in product management, business analysis, engineering, industrial management, technology, or related fields
