Job Description:

Senior Product Owner role focusing on digital currency payment products, responsible for product strategy, design, compliance, and partnerships within the commercial banking sector.

Job Responsibility:

Develop roadmap for digital currency payment products
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and regulatory policies
Coordinate cross-functional resources
Lead design of payment processes
Collaborate with technical team to drive product development
Ensure product compliance with local regulatory frameworks
Work with legal and compliance teams on risk control
Collaborate with strategic partners
Establish partnerships with blockchain platforms
Develop product promotion strategies
Collect customer feedback and optimize product features

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or education
5+ years of product management experience
Basic knowledge of bank payments and settlements
Experience with digital money/blockchain technology preferred
Background in international banks/financial institutions preferred
Fluent English speaking and document writing
Understanding of bank payment and settlement processes
Mastery of agile development methodologies
Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks of Hong Kong and Singapore

Nice to have:

Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM)
Project Management Professional certification
Experience with digital money/blockchain technology (e.g., Stablecoins, CBDCs, Tokenised Deposit)
Background in international banks/financial institutions
Familiarity with international banking and payments regulations
