Your main objective will be to drive the vision and development of internal software products, ensuring they meet business needs while delivering value efficiently. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and the team leadership to prioritize features, set product goals, and optimize workflows. As the main interface with the user, you’ll also provide support, so they can perform their tasks, while collecting their feedback on the value generated by the applications.
Job Responsibility:
Defining the product vision and strategy for a number of internal products
Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs to align with business goals and objectives in terms of timeline and priorities
Performing discovery processes to identify and clarify use cases and use journeys of our internal customers
Working with stakeholders to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Acting as the primary point of contact for your products and serving as an expert on their features and capabilities
Collecting user feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvements
Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and software QA to ensure that features are delivered on time and to the required level of quality
Taking on project management tasks for emerging products, providing guidance during early development stages and defining the first characteristics of the product
Requirements:
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development
Experience with discovery processes
Deep understanding of methodologies to model user journeys and use cases
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Ability to work with technical teams and understand software architecture and infrastructure needs and terminology
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Understanding about the Aerospace Engineering requirements and usual operations
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of Software Development, DevOps, IT security, and enterprise IT environments
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Experience in projects involving interoperability with PLCs (especially Beckhoff PLCs)
