Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with developers, UX and product designers, strategists, architects, test engineers, delivery managers and other technology experts to deliver high-quality software
Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and pain points
then shape solutions to solve them
Define and prioritise requirements for new or existing digital products and communicate these to the development team
Take responsibility for defining a vision for the product
Own the product roadmap
Act as a liaison between our clients, third parties and development teams
Act as a guardian for the quality of the work produced by your project team(s)
Provide a first point of escalation for major project issues
Use your experience and perspective on the practice of Agile product management to help guide our practices and processes
Help set the strategic agenda for the Product Practice
Share knowledge and support more junior members
Build strong working relationships with clients at all levels
Help the Product Practice, and other teams you work in, by providing the client and customer context for decisions
Manage the Product contribution to pitches and business development efforts as required

Requirements:

Demonstrable working experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the digital / technology space
Experience in partnering with engineers and designers and leading product prioritisation and delivery of user-facing functionality
A proven track record of delivering high profile, user-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment
Superlative client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients of all levels
Experience of Agile development and product management methodologies
Proven track record for leading through influence, guiding multiple teams with a product vision, and generating excitement for your work
A strong level of commercial awareness and a strategic mind with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to delivering against them for clients
Great organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment whilst juggling multiple priorities
Excellent English and native Spanish
