Job Description:

The Codified Controls team within Developer Enablement aims to revolutionize policy and control management through a company-wide 'everything-as-code' initiative, reducing friction, errors, and manual effort. This role involves leading product direction, delivering value incrementally, and fostering a user-centric culture.

Job Responsibility:

Lead with a product mindset and drive adoption of Codified Controls
champion a world-class user experience by understanding user needs and translating them into a product vision and roadmap
collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain great product experiences
foster communication between business and technical teams
support cultural change, encouraging critical thinking about controls and processes
run stakeholder workshops and manage Epic workflows.

Requirements:

11 years+ experience exclusively in product ownership on application development/management
proficiency in Figma or similar tools such as Miro or Mural
strong understanding of agile ways of working
expertise in breaking down requirements into user stories and tasks for iterative development
strong understanding of Jira for task management and running workshops in tools like FigJam
proven experience as a product leader managing agile products end-to-end
data-driven decision-making and user-centric approach
experience in stakeholder management as a trusted advisor
ability to work effectively in teams and remotely.
