We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of our digital products. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver real, measurable value. The primary focus of this role is the automation of sales and portfolio management processes, so hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI technologies (including LLMs) is essential. You will operate in an agile environment and play a key role in turning complex business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to and execute the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Lead initiatives focused on automation and optimisation of customer acquisition flows, portfolio management, and sales service processes
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business objectives
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to deliver high-quality product increments
Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
Balance stakeholder expectations, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
Track product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and data insights
Drive continuous improvement, change management, and user adoption
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise effectively and make data-informed decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on user and business value
Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI technologies (including LLMs)
Nice to have:
Experience working with CRM platforms or enterprise business systems
Salesforce experience or familiarity (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform customisation)
Experience with system integrations or third-party applications
Product or agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or similar)
