We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead our Infrastructure Engineering team in the evolution of our Kubernetes environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, spearhead a significant data center migration, and directly impact the efficiency and velocity of our software delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of highly motivated Infrastructure Engineers
Develop and enhance our Kubernetes environment towards a platform that supports our development teams in developing and running their workloads on top of the platform
Take an important role in the Stakeholder management and represent the team to our internal customers
Drive a Data Center migration towards Hypervisor and the further development in it
Requirements:
Proven ability to define and prioritize product backlogs, manage roadmaps, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills
ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders
Experience working with data-driven decision-making, including use of analytics and KPIs to guide product strategy
Experience in writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and guiding development teams during sprints
Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operations, including experience with deploying and managing services on Kubernetes clusters
Working knowledge of Go (Golang) — ability to read, understand, and collaborate with Go developers on service architecture and API design
Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code)
Ability to bridge the gap between business and engineering, understanding both high-level objectives and low-level technical details
