Job Description:

Senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The role will be responsible for defining and driving product and technology requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing complex programs.

Job Responsibility:

Provide input during development and implementation phases
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications
Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking
Supervise day-to-day staff management issues
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful updates to senior management
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audience
Manage expectations and proactively communicate changes

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Experience with KYC would be preferred
Experience with Fenergo
Data Analysis and Database skills would be a plus
Master's degree preferred
