Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to own and drive the evolution of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will define the product vision, translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-value, scalable Salesforce solutions. The primary focus of this role is the automation of sales and portfolio management processes, so strong experience or working knowledge of AI technologies (including LLMs) is essential. Acting as the voice of the business, you will work closely with stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to maximise platform adoption and deliver meaningful business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to and execute the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog
  • Lead initiatives focused on automation and optimisation of customer acquisition flows, portfolio management, and sales service processes
  • Gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements across teams
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and data standards
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates
  • Drive user adoption through change management, training, and continuous feedback loops
  • Measure success using KPIs, user feedback, and business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role working with Salesforce
  • Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, automation)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on value delivery and continuous improvement
