Our client is looking for a Senior Product Owner for Global Learning to join their Global People Insights & Effectiveness team. In this role, you will establish and own a single global Learning Management System (LMS), driving a continuous learning culture and building a skills-based organization across the company. You will lead end-to-end product delivery from design to go-live, ensure ongoing platform stability, and maximize adoption and ROI. Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the global LMS product lifecycle from inception to launch, including discovery, requirement alignment, prioritization, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Global LMS Rollout: Lead the implementation of a single, centralized global LMS, managing the global go-live, hypercare phase, and post-launch platform stability
  • Ecosystem Integration: Ensure a seamless user experience and flawless data flows between the LMS and other core HR systems, including the internal Talent Marketplace (Phenom) and core HRIS (SuccessFactors)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, Global Solution Owners, Sector HR Teams, IT, HR Data & AI Governance, Data Privacy, and Employee Representatives to deliver a truly employee-centric HR solution
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations, coordinating closely with internal IT and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Agile Roadmap & Backlog: Prioritize functional demands and future enhancements, managing sprint backlogs through to deployment to continuously improve and evolve the platform
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict GDPR compliance and alignment with local legal requirements, partnering with data privacy teams and Works Councils/Employee Committees
  • Operational Handover: Facilitate a smooth knowledge transfer and handover to Global Enterprise Services (GES) for ongoing, long-term operational support
  • Legacy Decommissioning: Strategically support the decommissioning of legacy LMS platforms and departmental Learning Academies, ensuring a smooth data and user migration to the new central LMS
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption across the entire organization, enabling employees and leaders to embrace the new platform while actively measuring its impact and ROI
  • Mentorship & Culture: Act as a mentor and coach to peers, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting a strong culture of knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading HR IT projects with a strong focus on Learning technology and data within complex, global, and matrixed organizations
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern HR technologies, such as SuccessFactors and Talent Marketplaces (e.g., Phenom)
  • Proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies, with strong proficiency in tools like Jira
  • Solid background in product management focused on data analytics, tech-savviness, and tracking measurable ROI
  • A proven track record of managing and aligning diverse stakeholders, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Experience navigating data privacy regulations (GDPR) and collaborating with local employee representative bodies or works councils
  • A user-centric, pragmatic, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on delivering high-impact outcomes
  • Full Professional level of English
