As Senior Product Owner, Marketplace Partnership, you will play a critical role in leading the digital innovation and evolution by partnership with China digital giants, such as Tencent, Alibaba, ByteDance, RedNote and also with other digital ecosystem capabilities in the market, dedicated on experimenting and delivering solutions by testing and learning and developing strong partnership to enable growth through innovation and agile methodologies. You will be mainly responsible for driving marketplace data/commercial product utilization to better finetune commercial ROI, incubate new business model and feature adoption cross commercial sites to solve specific business pain points, drive the business growth and elevate consumer experience together with GCA Digital P&L Owners by leveraging data, platform and ecosystem capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Be accountable for partnership initiatives cross digital ecosystem to drive the success of business growth and consumer experience excellence
Be accountable for addressing business questions and provide the solutions based on marketplace product capabilities and data insights
Be accountable for conducting project delivery in line with the business values and lead the delivery with agile or hybrid model with internal and external resources
Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners and cross function stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery
Support ad-hoc projects if needed
Represent the business for the platform, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
Work closely with GCA Digital key stakeholders cross commercial sites, media and operations team
Work as one team with CDH peers and Tech delivery teams to guarantee high-quality deliverables with proper velocity
Prioritize the items in initiative backlog
Own the refinement of your backlog to ensure that the platform team is delivering the right enhancements as well as new capabilities to realize business value
Be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the features and functionalities related to the business domain solutions
Be accountable for defining success factors of the experiment’s performance from business perspective and scale-up feasibility for industrialization according to data insights
Be accountable for value taking-in-place and on-going tracking and monitoring
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and above on Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information systems or Computer Science
8+ years of experience working in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment
Experience in partnership with digital giants (Tencent, Ali, Bytedance, RedNote..)
Experience in strategy and insight analysis in eCom operation, traffic opt. and experience improvements are big plus
Experience in creating strong internal business cases and innovation initiatives
Strong knowledge in digital product, commercial process and digital innovation
Strong project management skill in partnership and collaboration with eCom giants
Excellent analytical skills (SQL/PYTHON) and commercial acumen
Strong knowledge in common eCom consumer analysis model and consumer cohort analysis
be familiar with marketplace data product (e.g., Databank, TMIC, OceanEngine, 数坊…) is a big plus
Fluent in English both verbally and written
Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels
Solutions-oriented approach and results-oriented focus
Self-Starter with a strong sense of urgency and a positive “can do” attitude
Agile and MVP mindset
