Job Description

We are driving AI transformation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a large-scale enterprise environment. This transformation began within a complex enterprise product, where software planning, specification, build, and delivery are being redefined through AI-enabled workflows. Today, that product stands at the center of a broader rollout, with the approach already expanding across early-adopter products and a long-term ambition to scale across 200+ client engagements across the company. We are looking for a Product Owner to join the product where this AI transformation began and which continues to play a central role as it expands across the company. The role focuses on AI-first product specification work, including PRDs, structured specifications, acceptance logic, and implementation-ready requirement artifacts created through AI-assisted workflows that support downstream delivery. You’ll join a highly senior team where experimentation is encouraged, decision-making is fast, and new technologies are explored as they emerge. As part of Vention, a global engineering partner to tech leaders and fast-growing startups, you’ll work in an environment that combines strong engineering discipline with practical AI adoption at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Build PRDs, structured specifications, and requirement artifacts through AI-first workflows
  • Own product scope and requirements in a technical delivery environment where AI is embedded into the SDLC
  • Decompose product requirements into implementation-ready deliverables, acceptance criteria, and traceable specification artifacts
  • Use prompt-driven, framework-based, and agent-supported approaches to improve specification quality, speed, and downstream delivery readiness
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery stakeholders to ensure requirements are structured for execution
  • Drive the evolution of AI-first product ownership and specification practices across early-adopter products

Requirements

  • Strong Product Owner background in technical product delivery environments
  • Proven experience creating structured product specifications, PRDs, and implementation-ready requirement artifacts
  • Hands-on experience using AI as a primary working mechanism in requirements engineering, specification development, and structured decomposition workflows
  • Experience working within AI-first, artifact-driven, or spec-driven delivery approaches where requirements are translated into downstream implementation artifacts
  • Strong command of requirement decomposition, acceptance criteria, acceptance logic, and artifact traceability

Nice to have

  • Practical familiarity with BMAD, Kiro, Spec Kit, Specflow, or equivalent approaches
  • Experience with agent-based workflows
  • Experience with prompt-structured delivery workflows
  • Experience working with formalized traceability systems or implementation-oriented documentation models

What we offer

  • EDU corporate community (300+ members): tech communities, interest clubs, events, a small R&D lab, a knowledge base, and a dedicated AI track
  • Licenses for AI tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and others
  • Expanded medical insurance for employees
  • Meetups, organized by our company
  • Corporate getaway & teambuilding activities
  • Pizza days, office gatherings
  • Access to discounts across a variety of stores, restaurants & cafes through a corporate discount program
  • Referral bonuses for bringing in new talent
