Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner – Hardware to join our Parking Product Team in Málaga and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of TKH Security’s Park Assist Solution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of our hardware and embedded firmware portfolio — including parking sensors, wayfinding signage, kiosks, and supporting infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Parking Product Director to define and deliver hardware strategy and roadmap initiatives, ensuring our products remain technically strong, reliable, and scalable across global markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full hardware lifecycle – from concept and design through to production, deployment, and End-of-Life (EOL)
  • Drive delivery of new hardware initiatives, coordinating design, prototyping, testing, certification, and launch activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, firmware, production, supply chain, and branch teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability
  • Contribute to product strategy, shaping future hardware directions in alignment with the overall Parking Solution roadmap
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities, leading feasibility assessments and prototype validation
  • Ensure compliance and quality, maintaining certification, documentation, and support materials
  • Support go-to-market and product adoption, enabling effective deployment across both direct and reseller channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 7+ years’ experience in Senior Product Ownership, Product Management, or Technical Product roles within hardware, electronics, or IoT systems
  • Proven success managing end-to-end hardware lifecycles, including design, certification, and manufacturing
  • Strong technical acumen — comfortable collaborating with engineering and firmware development teams
  • Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
  • Eligible to work in EU

Nice to have:

  • Experience with camera-based sensing (ANPR/LPR, video analytics) or digital signage/wayfinding systems
  • Background in embedded systems or industrial electronics, ideally within smart infrastructure, transport, or security sectors
  • Knowledge of parking infrastructure standards (IP ratings, EMC, safety compliance)
  • Agile or Scrum Senior Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred
  • Speak and write English fluently (C1)
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of software tools including Confluence, Jira Software & Jira Service desk would also be beneficial
What we offer:
  • Competitive salaries
  • hybrid work (2 days working from home each week)
  • health insurance
  • free parking
  • 23 days PTO
  • fresh fruit every day at the office
  • opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects
  • continued learning and professional development are actively encouraged
